CUSTOM BIDS PRICING BY THE HOUR:

We price out projects per hour. Most of our projects are not static bids, as the scope of a project rarely allows such a thing to exist. Instead we charge in a similar fashion to the way home remodel contractors do. We estimate the work, let you know what the hourly rate is, and then after we find out whats “behind the walls” we keep you informed anything that takes longer then expected.

If you have a larger project, you can take advantage of our bulk pricing. The more you buy together in a pack, the more you save. Please note that if you buy a 10 pack and then buy a 4 pack, you pay the 10 pack rate for 10 and the 4 pack rate for 4, the discount does not apply to all future package purchases unless you have a VIP Badge.

• 1 HOUR AT A TIME: $180
• 4 HOUR PACKAGE: $160 AN HOUR
• 10 HOUR PACKAGE: $140 AN HOUR
• 40 HOUR PACKAGE: $125 AN HOUR

Purchasing a 40 hour package gives you a VIP badge. The VIP badge guarantees you the same rate per hour on all projects for 2 years. So if you buy 100 hours and needed 150 you pay the same rate per hour, no matter what. Even if our prices per hour increase, your price guarantee stays with your VIP badge for 2 Years.
